        I am using the WTX 8.3.0.3 version. 

2.     We have Ascential datastage in old server, So If I try to import the Type tree in Ascential datastage (using he same XSD ) I am able to import the type           tree successfully. 

        But If I try to validate the XML file with the type tree imported from Ascential datastage the file is failing in validation.

There was an issue for earlier versions of WTX 8.3 that was fixed. I suggest you download and install 8.3.0.6 from PA login if possible.

Also are you trying to import with the classic option or the xerces option ? Depending on what option you used, try with the other option and see if that succeeds. If yes, see if you could use that tree . If not, as Gertie suggested try downloading the latest 83x version and checking with that.
