instancedata REST call failure

    We have an issue with /rest/bpm/wle/v1/coachflow/instancedata REST call in BAW environment. While working on coach, we have lot of radio button selections but not too heavy logic or ajax calls. Just a simple client side validations. The issue occurs randomly, sometimes after 2 minutes and sometimes it can take more than 5 minutes, while working on UI. 

    We get an error "No response was received from server. Try the call again" and page goes blank with this red font error message. All the selections user has made on UI (selected radio buttons, data entry, etc) is lost. 

    Tried to capture in browser network console and we can see the instancedata call failed with 0 size. I can see other similar instancedata calls before this failed call with status 200 and successful. 

    What could be the problem?
