IBM QRadar

Hi, I would like to install the App Host on ESXi. The problem is, I dont see it as an option. It should be QRadar App Host 4000. Is there a special .iso for this?

App Host is available on 7.3.2.  What is the running version of QRadar SIEM?  You need to get the ISO of the same version to spin up the VM and apply FixPack or Interim FixPack to be on the same version.  The next step is add it to the existing cluster and do the full deploy.  Once it is up, you can start migrating the apps from the console to the App Host.

Hello Nelson, we are running 7.4.3, so the ISO I used is 7.4.3-QRADAR-QRFULL-20210517144015  Same ISO I did use to create Event procesor cluster and few pieces of Qflows. They are already part of the deployment. The problem is that like you can see in the picture, there isnt option for App Host installation on the ISO I am using. Not sure why, the VM has enough of resourcess considering I can create anything else. No idea what to think about it.

Hello Tomas,

Based on the screenshot you provided, the installer you used is 7.3.1.  Could you double check that?  Here is the screenshot from 7.4.2 ISO.
You'll see if after going through the OS install and EULA.

The reason was, the ESXi didnt boot from the .iso (some problems with cdrom setup) I did provide to ESXi admin and I was "blind" to it because I was sure I did provide the correct .iso :)
