I would like to use PowerHA only for a cluster software.

    AIX 6.1
    PowerHA 6.1
    Oracle 11g

In addition, I don't have plans to use ASM, GPFS.

    Thanks in advance.

Just I am trying the following steps:
    1. node 1 Install Oracle database (product).
    2. node 2 Install Oracle database (product).
    3. node 1 Create database (data + redologs + control files) on the shared disk.
Then what files should I copy from node 1 to node 2?

P.S. Moreover I don't use Smart Assist for Oracle...

If you do you don't have to worry about copying files between the nodes. It's a lot of work you are putting on yourself with every update/upgrade also.
