Thanks Steven.
I can see the error in json:
BMXAA4160E - A major exception has occurred. Check the system log to see if there are any companion errors logged. Report this error to your system administrator.\n\tpsdi.app.inspection.mvi.ImageInferenceSet
Created a case with IBM and fixed by following a tech note.
Cause:
The problem is caused by a database table and object structure relationship that remained after the Maximo Visual Inspections integration components moved to the common components area in Graphite, so it can be used by other products when necessary.

You have errors in the schema generation. You should login to Manage and then hit:
/maximo/oslc/graphite/mobile/schema
Then look at the very bottom of the JSON file. It will indicate any errors that impacted the generation of the schema.

Subject: Inspections Record Data Sync Error-After 7613 to MAS 9
Hello Maximo Community,
We recently upgraded our 7613 environment to MAS 9.0.93. In 7613, we were using the out-of-the-box (OOB) Inspections app without any issues when syncing to Mobile EAM. However, when testing the same OOB Inspections app in MAS 9, we're encountering the following error during the Record Data step:
undefined is not an object (evaluating 'this.scFactory.masterSchema.object....
Has anyone else run into this issue after upgrading? Any suggestions on how to debug or resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
