In Maximo Mobile 9.0 (TechMobile), when I click "Check for Updates" on the Assigned Work Orders page, it correctly refreshes both the assigned work orders and the inspections assigned work list, making the related inspection forms available offline.

I've configured a custom dropdown for CM work orders in technician app and also added a new data source and dropdown for CM work order related inspections in the Inspections app, and while it successfully loads new work orders, it does not refresh the corresponding inspections data source. Because of this, the related inspection forms are not available offline for those work orders.

Do I need to include any additional configuration or code to ensure that the inspections data source is refreshed when using this custom dropdown?

Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!

I'm also on Maximo Mobile 9.0, and I've done something similar - I modified the dropdown filters at the top to include a custom CM work orders view. I also added the corresponding data source overrides and dropdown items in both the Technician app and the Inspections app.

The work orders load fine through the custom dropdown, but the inspection forms tied to those work orders are not available offline. It seems like the inspections data source isn't being refreshed when using this custom dropdown.

What I've noticed is:

• If I first open the Inspections app, the inspections list loads, and then those forms are available offline.
• But if I go directly into the Technician app and click on the Inspection button (without visiting the Inspections app first), the inspection forms are not available offline.
• Interestingly, this works correctly for the standard Assigned Work List - I don't need to open the Inspections app first, and the tied inspection forms are still available offline.

So now I'm wondering - am I missing a relationship, preload setting, or some other configuration that makes the Assigned Work List inspections sync automatically?

Any pointers or examples would be really appreciated!
