    Hi,

    I am "admin" user in Planning Analytics Workspace (using NATIVE security - not CAM).
    I have imported 1 new user.
    When that uses try to login to PAW he received message: "Incorrect username or password".

    But that user can login to TM1 Web successfully.

    How to solve this problem ?

    PA 2.0.9.9
    PAW 2.0.65
    Windows 2016

    Hi,
    Are both of you logging into the same TM1 instance/Model?  When PAW is set up against Native TM1 security then it is tied to a single TM1 instance for authentication.   
    Even if someone is going to be working in a different TM1 instance, they still need to exist in the TM1 instance that is tied to PAW.
