Incident Overview: ReferenceError: openIncidentOverview is not defined

    Hi team,

    I installed Incident Overview Application on 7.4 fixpack 4. When I clicked "Incident Overview" button on offenses screen, I see attached error message.

    Client Exception

    The following client exception occurred while handling the server response:

    {0}

    ReferenceError: openIncidentOverview is not defined

    Please check attached screenshot and logs files.
