We are currently using Visio to document & describe our processes. In the future, we would like to work with "Business Automation Workflow". 

We didn't find a way yet to import Visio prcesses into BAW. 

Can someone help ?

You cannot import Visio diagrams directly into IBM BAW. But there is a way to do achieve your objective. IBM provides a companion product to BAW called Blueworks Live, see https://www.ibm.com/products/blueworkslive. Blueworks Live does support import of Visio diagrams and creates a corresponding BPMN diagram from that import. This can be exported as a BPMN file and then imported into BAW or you can use the direct interaction mechanism that is provided between Blueworks Live and the BAW design tool, Process Designer.

1. Wat is the cost of the Bluworks Live product? 
2. Is it possible to do all the imports / exports in one time / bundled?
3. Would you have a more detailed process that describes the procedure to follow so that we can reassure our team and show how "simple" (?) it is ?

Answers to your questions:

1. Bel is a very affordable product. You mostly license it by individual users though, of course, it does have some volume discounts. You can find general introductory information at https://www.ibm.com/products/blueworkslive and there is a pricing link at both the top and bottom of that page, https://www.ibm.com/products/blueworkslive/pricing
2. You can only import 1 Visio diagram at a time. I will add that Visio diagrams can be very 'busy', having far more than is required for building a BPMN diagram. Further, there are many non-standard Visio shapes that get onto pages and so it is recommended to have a little additional content on the page as possible.
