I suspect Deaja Virtual viewer is not rendering the image?

Check Deaja viewer if the version need updating.

Either in ping page or hold the shift +T to bring up the daeja viewer.

This is most likely the solution.

In your repository for your application.

Disable activeX and enable virtual viewer.

    Hi,

thank you for your answer. At Ping page there is this information

    Daeja ViewONE Virtual5.0.7 (24574)

It seems the newest version of Daeja viewer.

But I think that the problem of visualization is before Daeja Viewer, because if I hold the Shift+T nothing occurs. So it not even loaded.

The issue occurs with activeX disabled and virtual viewer enabled.

Hi, This actually can happen if you havent configured the Daeja setting. Also check the plugin version loaded via page ICN plugins. Try to reload the plugin again. And for Daeja setting:

Here is a note from the release note of 9.1.7: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-datacap-version-917-release-notes

When you open a batch in Verify task in Navigator, after clicking Next page or Previous page button, Image Viewer might show the previous cached image instead of the current page images in the batch.

Workaround: In the IBM Content Naviagator admin console, go to the Daeja ViewONE settings and select the server tab. Here, add the entry 'docidprototype' and set it to '${originaldocid}'. Restart the server.

Also, if still continues, try to upgrade WAS and Java SDK in the WAS to the latest. Last time when I had similar issue, that was how I fixed it too.

    Hi,

thank you for your answer. Meanwhile I have discovered that this issue occurs only with webbrowser with italian language setted. I have installed english Firefox on another machine and everything is visualize correct.

I already opened the PMR and Development team is working on it.
