Downloaded the APAR and then update my lpp_source with only
the ICU4C.rte 5.3.0.0 fileset
Afterwhich I did a preview of an update on the client from the nim
and the results indicate that it will install ICU4C.rte 5.3.0.0 and then
ICU4C.rte 5.3.7.0

So the ICU Application Developer's Toolkit got an update at TL05, do you even use it? If not why do you have it intalled?
More to the point, how did you build your new lppsource without the required filesets...

Thanks for the reply and info.

For the UCU4C fileset in my lpp_source, it was there but at the 5.3.7 level.
I tried and update_all from the NIM and it could not find the base level so it failed the update.
So I found the base level added it to my lpp_source so to have the 5.3.7 and the 5.3.0 included in my lpp_source.

Problem solved.
