icm.refreshtab is not working for Documents\Attachment tab.

    Hi Team,

    I am trying to refresh the documents tab with a script adaptor. However, event is not triggering. I am updating the document title and calling refresh tab script to show latest changes to users.

    var self = dojo.getObject("_allWidgetsThis");
                        self.broadcastEvent("icm.RefreshTab",{"tabId":"Documents"});
    Please advise me why this event is not getting tigered, or do you have any alternate to this method?
