    Dear All,

    Hope you are good in health I have a query regarding IBM threat intelligence. I created a rule in which I set the confidence value for spam IP is 85 or greater but the rule is triggered for an IP whose spam confidence value is 57. Can anyone here to please clarify  me why is it so?
