    Hello community,

    I need to setup email-to-sms notifications from IBM QRadar (for the offenses). It should send sms messages to the work cell. The wireless provider Verizon, it seems, may charge extra for 'Enterprise Messaging (EMAG) solution'. Are there open source (or free) solutions available?

    There is an app by the ScienceSoft team that allows you to send notifications, offenses, etc to SMS or Slack. Using Slack or a non-SMS product might be the way to get around cost associated to SMS integrations. This has not been updated recently, but it might not be a bad idea to reach out to the ScienceSoft team and request a trial or demo: https://apps.xforce.ibmcloud.com/extension/8cfc0deb14bb99bcc8e1d8289a948efd

    The only other integrations I've seen around your question are custom scripts that teams have written internally for their own use.
