Anybody know if there is any consideration by IBM to bring their AI capabilities for work into the Inventory area of Maximo? My client is currently using a product called Logility and would like to get rid of it in their move to MAS but I dont see the same functionality in Maximo. I know IBM is really pushing for AI now and all about AI but will they be moving it from just the Work to other areas like Inventory/Supply Chain?

So I found the answer to what I think I was looking for:

Now its interesting that you are supposed to be able to activate this in your Workspace through the External Launchers but I do not have an option for it in my MAS environment and I cannot find any materials on how to get it in my External Launchers. Can anyone help?

Amazing that in the Link above nowhere do they show the word Maximo but if you watch the Video that is in the page it calls the product

IBM Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization (MROIO) can be integrated with Maximo Application Suite, but it is not integrated by default:

• To configure MROIO with Maximo Application Suite, you can:
• Select Workspace from the side navigation menu
• Select the External launchers tab
• Click Edit and select MRO Inventory Optimization
• Enter the solution portal URL for your MROIO environment
• Save your changes
