    Hi All

    I'm posting this to look if someone else had my same issue and if was solved in some ways.

    I've faced this problem already with two different environment, an AIO Console in one case and an Event Collector in the other.

    Basically seems that VmWare hosts with AMD EPYC processor are not compatible with some IBM library used in his java release.

    This cause java processes to hangs and the result is that you find that QRadar processes are not working properly because from TOP command all java instances are using 100% of CPU 

    Here the two models tested

    AMD EPYC 74F3 24-Core Processor

    AMD EPYC 7F72 24-Core Processor

    I had a long case with IBM support last year but we were not able to definitely solve

    Someone had experiences of virtual installations with similar processors?
