We know that the regular expressions functions are released with version V10.1.1. However, when we use these functions in map rules. both the design studio  and Launcher are getting crashed. Could you please suggest if there are any additional libraries to be imported to fix this issue. 

This is happening especialy with function REGEXREPLACEALL

Hi,

I've run some tests as the functions are very interesting in some cases.

I confirm I have the same issue, which happens when the input is an item (it works fine if I hard-code the input string)

I'd therefore suggest a PMR might be the next step to get this fixed for the community.

It looks like a new case has been opened with Support and it indicates that Level 2 is able to reproduce this issue.
1. Using Literal value works
2. Using Item in the Type Tree doesn't work

It may take some time to resolve the issue in Level 3 since it's reported as a Severity 3 status which is not affecting production.  But thanks for checking out this new function, we'll try our best to fix the problem asap.

Hi Rex and all,

not sure I'm 100% on-topic, but these functions are very tempting, until one realizes that they do not accept items for all their parameters (which would make em more flexible), most of the time crashing the Studio when one passes an Item and not a hard-coded value.

It would be great if they all got the same treatment so that any parameter could be an item, hence dynamic.
