MQ 9.3 and 9.4 with the latest fix packs are IBM i 7.6 ready (yea.. the doc is not updated yet.. will work on getting that fixed!)
The MQ MFT support is also IBM i capable, this support is bundled with the IBM MQ Advanced Offering.
