I accepted the offer to join IBM Extreme Blue for Summer 2021 back in November. If anyone has done this internship Summer 2020 remotely (or you've heard a lot about the remote experience, in which case you can respond NA to any specific questions), could you please shed light on the following?

1. How many hours of overtime did you work? What was the maximum amount of hours you were allowed to work overtime?
2. How many meetings per day/week did you have? Were they flexible? If they were routine meetings, what time were they set?
3. How many hours of real, honest-to-god work did you do compared to hours reported?
4. What did you think of your teammates? Your manager?
5. Anything else you think I should stay aware of going into this remote internship?
