What you can also try now is, since its opens a WinZIP Self Extracting Archive, you can manually try and manually specify where to extract the files before clicking on ok.
Once you do that, simply run setup.exe from the specified location.

I checked the permissions on the directory and my user is assigned all the possible permissions.
The extraction is extracting other files and failing to extract the specific file on the image on windows.
Hence it then fails to complete the extraction.

Fact that you are the primary administrator does not imply that winzip runs under the local administrator and have rights to write to the specific location
C:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\...
just create a C:\Temp directory with permission for all to write to and extract there.

I am trying to install IBM Db2 Client for getting ODBC driver but it's failing to unzip the file.
It is failing with the above error.
Any idea what might cause this or anyone who have experienced such an issue.
I have installed WinZip extractor thinking it might help but still there was nothing that worked.
