Currently having issues with IBM Datacap Web Client while attempting to run a Task named Import Job. When running Import Job the virtual scan opens up in
tmweb.net and then when clicking a file to be scanned from the source directory it loads into the scan and then stops and has a spinning wheel over the scan button.
After a few minutes pass by this does nothing and when pressing Cancel I get a message saying, "There are images still in the batch are you sure you want to cancel".  (See screenshot below) When clicking yes, it does nothing and sits there on the same screen. When clicking Hold it requires 2-3 clicks until it stops running the batch and then pushes me back to the main screen for tasks. When clicking Done it does nothing and sits there on the same page. 

When attempting to upload a file it grabs the file from the folder and then when I try to press Scan button I get a spinning wheel icon and it will sit there forever stuck. When going to the Job Operations tab it will then show Job times of "1234", "997", "651" (these are all just examples of the job times that I've seen posted). 

Was wondering if anyone had any solutions as to what can be causing this. I've tried restarting my Taskmaster Sever and Rulerunner Manager as well as the tmweb.net site and still nothing works.
