we are evaluating if we shall choose IBM cloud or AWS ROSA as the platform to install cp4ba , the following patterns: FNCM, ODM and Workflow service including authoring.

Both have OCP enterprise installed, and please help us do do pros-cons and pricing comparison.

Staying out of the pricing conversation as both options have published rates, but may be subject to various enterprise agreements. There wouldn't be a licensing difference when it comes to CP4BA itself.
