We've been affected by an IBM Cloud outage since early this morning - the first one taking this long!. Are others also affected by this? Our access to Watson Assistant via API is being affected, so our production apps are down. I see that the IBM status page shows one incident being 'investigated' for the past 3 hours or so, which may well explain this, although the one in there does *not* list Watson Assistant as one of the services being affected when accessed via API (it does include it under components, but not under the 'impacted services'). Are others also noticing an inability to reach out to Watsonx Assistant via API?
