  • 1.  IBM BPM Clear Service Flow Caching From Process Admin Caches

    Hi All,

    In IBM BPM to enable Service flow caching we enable checkbox in the below use the below:

    and we deploy to process server environment ( UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod, Prod ).

    But I Can't find answer to below questions ?

    • From where in process server env, I can change the 12 Hrs in service flow without re-deploying snapshots ? Also what is the case of multiple service flow with different timeframes.
    • From Where In Process Admin, I can clear this cache "Service Flow Cache(s)" ?

    • Can we remove values directly from db2 tables related to CACHES, And if so will this differ from IBM CP4BA Versions 23.0.1 > 23.0.2 > 24.0.x ?
      below retrieved using "jdbc/TeamWorksDB" ?

    Hi,

    These are not configurable options, you need to redeploy if you want to change the caching period.

    The tables you mentioned are not related to this.

    Yeah I know that, My question is that how to clear service flow cache from Process / Admin / Manage Caches

    Which Cache Option should I Reset to clear service flow caching ?

    These are not related to service caching, there is no official documentation of clearing the service cache.

    You can restart the App Cluster to reset the cache.
