    Hi All,

In IBM BPM to enable Service flow caching we enable checkbox in the below use the below:

and we deploy to process server environment ( UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod, Prod ).

But I Can't find answer to below questions ?

    • From where in process server env, I can change the 12 Hrs in service flow without re-deploying snapshots ? Also what is the case of multiple service flow with different timeframes.
    • From Where In Process Admin, I can clear this cache "Service Flow Cache(s)" ?

    • Can we remove values directly from db2 tables related to CACHES, And if so will this differ from IBM CP4BA Versions 23.0.1 > 23.0.2 > 24.0.x ?
      below retrieved using "jdbc/TeamWorksDB" ?

      # TABLE_NAME
      1 BPM_ASSET_CACHE_SAVE_INSTR_BK
      2 BPM_ASSET_CACHE_EVENT_MSG
      3 BPM_ASSET_CACHE_REPO_LOCK
      4 BPM_ASSET_CACHE_SAVE_LOCK
      5

      BPM_ASSET_CACHE_STATUS

      6

      BPM_ASSET_CACHE_SAVE_INSTR

      7 BPM_ASSET_CACHE_CONTENT
      8 BPM_ASSET_CACHE_INSTR_DISCARD
      Total Rows: 8

    • How can I reset/Control Caching Per Process Apps Not All To Avoid Protect Performance Issue to re-cache in Services Again ?

    Hi,

These are not configurable options, you need to redeploy if you want to change the caching period.

The tables you mentioned are not related to this.

These are not related to service caching, there is no official documentation of clearing the service cache.

You can restart the App Cluster to reset the cache.
