    Hi Community
     
    After a migration (profile update) from BPM v8.5.7 to IBM BAW 21.0.3.1, a message defined in a human service with html tags is not being interpreted, escaping occurs in all tags.
     
    Help to solve the problem.

    Which view are you using to render the text?  For example, the Display Text view has a setting to enable HTML to be properly rendered:
