  • 1.  I can't open the Console

    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to connect to open the console but I get this error:

    trace "bae8df1c78cdc7f9db70187539206a63" errors 0 code "authentication_failure" message "HWCSEC0016E: Authentication failed for SSO. This may caused by failed to generate access token in console side using existing credentials." target type "" name "" more_info ""

    It happened to me a few week ago and just gone away, but it is now back. Any clue to resolve my issue?

    To correct issues relating to an authentication error, make an effort to create a service credentiential which is below the left panel. and try to choose the database region close to your timezone. i.e I tried using Dallas which didn't work out then I choose London after which I created the service credential. So when I choose the open console the UI for the database started working.
