i cannot acttivate license DB2

    i cannot activater db2 license error below in image 

    i try resole 

    1. i delete file nodelock , nodelock.bak and  reinstall license again   same erorr 

    qustions 

    i can replace file nodelock by coppy file to actvated other host and  paste ?

    remark : i install db2 3 lastweek but ad license
