I get below failure when I try to Open Console in DB2 after creating credentials. How can I fix the issue?

I'm getting this on us-south for the past week.
I am encountering the same issue. Tried today at 1am EST
They might be doing maintenance to the server. Try with a different server; otherwise, try at a different time.
