I installed the QRAdar CE version from the ova template and want to test the application sending https log. From the console autoupdate GUI, I am not able to install the http receiver, it has some dependency problem. I can install the http receiver from the iso disk, and applied the changes on the admin panel. However, the receiver seems not started since I can't see the port 12469 is open when I ssh to the appliance and checked with a netstat command. is the receiver automatically starting or I have to manually turn it on? Also any trouble shooting methods I can use for this problem?

I've seen behaviour like this when the HTTP connection doesn't have a corresponding "Send HTTP Response" task, but typically there is an error of some description thrown to the console. Is there a properly configured response task?
