  • 1.  HTML output stored as MHT

    Posted 06/23/20 05:37 PM

    Hi

i am trying to schedule a report to save HTML output to file system but it always saves as an MHT + an XML file. I am on 11.0.11; is there a way to save the output as HTML? The test report only has a list with one column and there are no headers or footers as well.

My aim is to save to file system folder  and configure an sftp, for consumption, with that folder as the root.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Regards

At the time the report was created selecting active report as basis, makes the output being mht.

Create a report based on non-active report template.

    Hope this helps.

@Kiran Passumarthi - unfortunately it will always save it as mht format when you save HTML output to a system folder (this is if you are you are using the Archive System Folder setting in Configuration Manager.

What we did was develop a script that converts the mht to html.

    Hi @Peter Chan

Thanks for the response. If it is nothing confidential, may I ask if you can share the script? I am assuming you are running the script as a windows service or something similar so that it updates the mht to html automatically.
