HRIW April data in Exec reports

    hi Team, 
    I'd like to run the earlier Exec HC name level month end report.
    In HRIW Metrics/ Exec Headcount reports still doesn't show April data only Jan-Feb -March though in the "News & System Status" 7 May update is: The HRIW has been refreshed with April 2020 results. The Scorecard package will be processed in the morning. 

    Any suggestions? Thank you

    Also, Exec Dashboard is completely blank. (Headcount Metrics/HRIW Metrics/Executive Reports/ Exec Dashboard) Any suggestions?
