    Greetings

    Currently we have our ICM environment running on top of WAS Base. During the upgrade to BAW, we have encountered couple of issues due to which we might to have change our existing architecture. Is it possible that instead of upgrading whole environment to BAW for now, we can use IBM Workflow Process Service with our environment as it can run as an individual container on docker-compose. There are some implementations that we did in our ICM solution using Client Side Human Service which we need to take to PROD. So can IBM Workflow Process provide those Client Side Human Service kind of capabilities with an ICM solution ?

    I understand it might be an unconventional approach but is it feasible?

    Workflow Process Service doesn't support Case style projects.
