    Team,

    I am building a case solution in IBM BAW 24.x version with client-side human service as UI. In one of the human activity step I want to leverage Content Navigator Add Document Entry template. first of all Is it possible? I tried to find documentation could not find. is it in IBM BAW future release road map or is there any alterative in coaches similar to entry template feature?

    Hi Krishna,

    I don't think the functionality exists yet for a client-side human service.

    Hello!

    Entry Templates are a feature of Navigator. Using the Nav URL API described here, you could try invoking the URL from an onClick on a button or link on your CSHS page.
