Scheduler, Calibration, & Linear are add-ons where the code, applications, and database schema exist in the core product. When you install Scheduler it's essentially just the license key to enable that functionality. If you still have the entitlements, I would just leave it alone and remove the security permissions if you don't want to use it. If you no longer have the entitlements then you need to create a new Maximo install without the Scheduler product installed. When you rebuild and redeploy the EAR from the new install you will have removed the Scheduler license.
While this is in the Scheduler section and specific to Scheduler, I do want to clarify that removal of other add-ons (such as Service Provider) are significantly more involved.
