  • 1.  How to submit "Ideas" for IBM's 8969-F24 switch?

    I find doing LDAP integration into Windows AD on the 8969-F24 switch a total dark art compared to the FlashSystem 7300.  I'll admit, I'm a total newbie when it comes to FS7300 but I managed to stumble through it and got it working.  Even submitted my first bug that IBM accepted (hint:  Set up your higher clearance groups first, then your lower clearance groups.  It's supposed to figure this out but there's an issue.)
    However the 8969-F24 is impossible.
    I'd like to submit an Idea that IBM pattern the 8969-F24 more after the FlashSystem 7300 when it comes to ldap integration.  However I cannot fathom which product to use at:  https://ideas.ibm.com/new-idea

    Hi Robert,

    8969-F24 is a switch manufactured by Brocade and oem'd by IBM. So there is no way that a request on the IBM ideas page can be delivered to Brocade.
