We are an existing IBM cloud customer. We are using virtual server for classic to serve our customer. We are facing an issue from many days; previously our monthly public bandwidth usage was more & we set the limit to 1000 Gb monthly, then we turned on VLAN Spanning & our monthly public bandwidth usage reduced to less than 100 Gb for the last 2 months. Now, we want to reduce our monthly bandwidth usage from 1000 Gb to 250 Gb. We are using admin account & from this account we can only increase bandwidth but cannot reduce it, we have raised complaint & ticket many times, but every times it is pending from Sales team & we are paying month after month without using it, reference ticket numbers are #CS4252717, #CS4261690, #CS4234780 & #CS4240857.
Please tell how we could reduce the bandwidth? I am writing here after long waiting & became frustrated with IBM support.
