​Hello,

What needs to be setup to make Cognos v11.0.11 Data Modules available to certain users?

You've to setup the capability "Web-based modeling" (Admin console -> Security -> Capabilities)
Remove the Everyone group and add the user(groups) who needs access to this functionality.

"Upload files" and "datasets", often used together with Data Modules, are separate  capabilities.

I do not see that option within 'Capabilities'.  ​

​​Yes, if I go into the Admin Console/ Security/Capabilities and I look thru the list, Web Based Modeling is not on the list.  The only item beginning with a 'W' is Watch Rules. 

Is there another area this has to be enabled in order to see it within the web Admin Console?

​Thanks everyone for your help.  That setting is not listed.  I'll work with IT to get this set up and available.
