I can't find any information on bos.adt.libmio.
I do see information on rsct.opt.saf.amf, but the closest version to 2.4.0.0 is 2.4.6.1.

Can somebody provide some clues as to how I might find these filesets? Could they be extracted from another aix box and installed on this one? We have a few other aix boxes here I could "borrow" from.

If you have the entitlement, you can download the AIX ISOs which should give you the filesets you are missing.

Do you know if you actually need those filesets? The complaint came from applying TL6 right? If you don't really need those filesets, can you not just do an update_all instead?
