    Hello All,

    Can't we download .OVA files of DataPower Gateway and API Connect with the IBM ID, which is not registered with a software support contract? 
    I have been planning to setup DataPower and APIC on a VM on my personal machine, but I couldn't be able to proceed with that due to the below reason. 

    Reason: A Passport Advantage (PPA) Agreement is required. Please contact your PPA administrator to verify your ID is linked to the correct DataPower entitlements.
    Is there any other way to do this ? I believe earlier I could able to download the OVA's.
