    Updated: So release engineering ended up retracting this method, and customers are allowed to upgrade from v2018 to v10 without going to the 'core/root' v10.0.0.0. And this is all available from fix central.(However entitlement is now forced on FixCentral)
    Starting with DataPower V10.x firmware, there is going to be a change to the process on how it is GA'ed. The V10.0.0.0 level will not be available on the Fix Central download site. However, the V10.0.0.0 firmware will be available on your company's Passport Advantage download page. Here is a link for your reference on how to download from PPA.

    In case you are upgrading from a 2018.4.1 firmware older than 2018.4.1.9 you will see an upgrade warning.
    That warning was fixed in 2018.4.1.9:
