  • 1.  how to generate CSR file in sevone?

    Hi Admin,

    I want to apply an SSL Certificate to SevOne NMS and SDI. The service provider asked me to generate the CSR file. Where can I generate that, please?

    Hi John

    on page 9 of that guide (section 5) it shows you how to 'install' the certificates. Basically you have to copy the cert files to a specific folder (/etc/nginx/ssl/) and then restart the nginx service (supervisorctl restart nginx).

    Thank you so much for the help. I've already got it done for the NMS, but I need help with SevOne Data Insight. I don't see the configuration file, and I don't see etc/nginx/ or etc/httpd/ in the folder.

    Section 4.8 TLS Certificates, as you can see it works in a different way than in the NMS.

    Thank again for the info, i get my SSL done using domain name (sdi.xxxxx.com) , but problem now is i cannot access via local IP address ..
    how to fix this problem ya ..?

    It looks like there has been an issue during the upgrade, in this situation I would raise a case with support to fix it.
