    On bigger cases, keeping an overview and some extra context on your Attachments can be necessary.

    That's why we wanted to add an Attachment Register Table", which allows to add some comments on the Attachment you add to your Incident or Task.  Eg, Name of Attachment + What's it about + why it could be used for...

    On the Incident level - the Layout of the Attachment Tab can be enriched with a "Attachment Register Table".

    How to add the same extra table to the TASK level?  Suggestions?
