    check also for port status on SAN switch and all controllers status on DS4300...

    I believe DS4300 is directly connect to P650 server. Probably there is no SAN switch.

    if it is directly connected to the DS you should check health of that DS from Storage Manager console.

    I think that defined state could be casued by:

    • broken HBA
    • DS4000 port / controller failure (?)
