  • 1.  How to avoid historical data in a new plan

    Hi, I have created a new plan for 2024 and when doing that I selected: New Forecast, 1 year, Forecast start period: February 2024 (I have loaded January 2024 actuals), Baseline reference: I selected the January 2024 forecast that was a 2 year forecast including 2023 actuals. 

    But when I now look at the new 2024 February forecast I also see data (line items) referring to 2023 (no cost).

    I just want to have a "fresh" 2024 forecast including the forecasted cost that our managers have planned for earlier for 2024 without any information that relates to actual 2023.

    If you don't load the actuals into Spend Management, it will not show up when you create a forecast.

    to have your "fresh" 2024 "Just export all from your "other" tab, delete in xls the row at 0 and re-import
