    I am looking at Rational as a development solution. WHen looking at MIPs used over our eveluation I notice some hourly spikes as high as 5 MIPs with only 3-4 users active. The math gets ugly when I think of 60-100 users. The bulk of the MIPS is from task RSED.

    Does anybody have some actual numbers from development?

    Can anybody tell me what activities drive the RSED CPU?
