Can the resolve name be used for remote RSED connection?

  • 1.  Can the resolve name be used for remote RSED connection?

    Hi,all

       When we define TCPIP address for RDz remote connection,we can connect remote RSED server in z/OS,no problem.but when we define the resolve name for connection (Note:this resolve name  is ok  for PCOM tn3270) and connect remote RDz server.It faild and display

    RSEG1056 Connection refused

    Make sure that the Datastore sever is running on xxxxxxx on port0.

    I wonder  if the resolve name can be used for remote RSED.If yes,are there other definition in RDz client and server?

    Now I can access by resolve name,no problem.Very strange.
