The documentation referenced by Marc is accurate, and version 3.8 is the supported one (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/scfi/3.8). In the same documentation, under the CD administration menu, you can specify the interface and port you want to use for it. Additionally, remote nodes and users can be added from the same administrator menu.

I am looking for information on how to configure sterling connect:direct so that it can generate multiple lines. I am not familiar with the application. The information I have found is only about sending and receiving commands between nodes, but I cannot find any information on how to configure its communication, the environment it uses, how to add a node or its lines, etc. It makes me think that there is additional software or an additional manual that I have not taken into account.
