I would like to know the commands so that i can do some automation through scripts.

    Thanks.

A lot of HA administration needs to be done through cspoc for proper logging and command execution.

Is there a specific function you're trying to do ?
Are you wanting to never use SMIT again ?

An additional guideline is that if it is not in the man pages, either, then it isn't
    supported for end-user usage.

(Reason is that some of the parameters are cryptic, and liable to change without notice,
adn don't give error return codes that are meant for end users...)

There is a rather new command line tool called "clvt"

The concept is a user accessible command line utility to create, and modify cluster configurations,
as well as perform startup, and shutdowns.

As it is rather new, you will want to make sure that you test your script's output afterwards, and
also keep up to date on service packs. (There was one or two APARs that affected clvt operation)

I am pretty sure it has a manual page, and I just checked online, and see it documented in the
    "Smart assist developer's guide"

    Hope this Helps
