Greetings

I am trying to build a coach view for Add Case Functionality. I have added the "Case properties" widget by specifying the Case Type and Object store in its configuration. Also, added the Add Case Button from the case toolkit. The functionality works fine but we have more than 20 properties in our case type and I would like to arrange them in different collapsible panels according to their types and customer usage but I was not able to locate any configuration for this.
All the properties gets rendered on the page whenever their is "Case properties" widget.

Please suggest if there is way to arrange them ?

Hi.

The way a custom Add Case CSHS is created is by starting in Case Builder/Case Types/Views and adding a new page that is based on the Add Case default.

Once you have your new custom page, you click on it to get to the CSHS editor to edit it. When you have a custom version of the page, the case properties view will not render any of the properties and you must manually add them to the page. The easy way to do that is to drag and drop the case properties content object variable into the drop zone the case property view provides (although you can place the properties anywhere).
