    Hello Everyone!

Running Granite 3.3-2b locally, on my music production laptop(8gb RAM) was completely feasible while testing out the small 2b parameter model to create a "Reese Bass" sound for a song I'm working on. It's very helpful to have a reference chart for an initial sound in the drafting stage of the songwriting process. Before, I would spend endless amounts of time remembering the parameters for a simple Sub Bass sound, or the correct decibel levels each track should be at before rendering the MIDI to audio(crucial). Using Granite 3.3-2b is extremely helpful for reference chart generation and it's made some parameter suggestions in the past that I would not have previously considered.

In this perspective: Granite is a collaborative partner for bouncing new production ideas off, without necessarily investing hours to find out if it fits in your song. That is where Granite shines! Creative Amplification.

Attached is my best attempt at translating 'how' I use Granite to help me design sounds from scratch in an open source virtual synthesizer(Vital VST).

What ways do you use Granite in your creative pursuits? I'd love to hear!

    Stay curious,

    Julian
